Orchestra

Orchestra playing is my core business. Outside the Opéra Royal de Wallonie -Liège, my home base, I regularly play as a freelancer in various orchestras in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Since 2015, I have been associated with the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège as principal Viola. An exciting professional opportunity, a wonderful repertoire, a renowned opera house.

Prior to that, I was co-soloist with philharmonie zuidnederland in Eindhoven (the former Brabant Orchestra) for many years.  I started my orchestral career as solo viola with Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen. I have especially fond memories of the Jeunesses Musicales World Orchestra of which I was principal viola in the late nineties.
